This weekend, we stayed at home and went to work. After this weekend, there is only one more free weekend before summer officially ends. According to Elmhurst College, that day is August 26th. :( So, we cleaned the garage, sorted through a closet or two, cooked and froze some food, and worked on hanging the valances for the blinds that have been waiting for some attention for quite a few months now!
Amidst the hubbub of the weekend, we did find time for a little fun. Julia and her daddy got to try out our new (to us) Burley. It's great for a nice walk or a run. Julia loves going for walks and she apparently finds her new stroller pretty entertaining, given the clever ways she has figured out that she can put her feet! The best part of it all... Joe picked it up for FREE at a garage sale. Woohoo! We're currently in the market for some furniture and a fire pit for our patio on Craigs List, too :)

Wow, Julia's grown so much! Looks like you two had your hands full with cleaning this weekend... fun fun. We need to get to that sometime too, lol. Good to see things are going well for you!
