Tis the season for family reunions! About two weeks after our travels to visit with Wilmarth family members, we headed out to Cleveland for a long weekend with family and friends there. It was such a great trip!
We left on Wednesday and arrived early enough for a fun dinner with Ashley, Adam, and cousins John, Mary, and Ezra, who is just a smidge older than Owen. About 20 minutes before we left, Owen looked over and finally realized there was another boy his size and got sort of excited... before he became distracted by a cool car. Clearly they aren't ready for full-on playing together yet. Maybe during our next visit!

Thursday, we walked to Lakewood Park with Aunt Sue. We played on the swings, climbed towers, and walked to Lake Erie to see a great view of Cleveland. Later, we hit the zoo with Papa Seahorse. We saw giraffes, bears, wolves, and many other "ammals," as Owen calls them. Julia got to ride on the carousel with Papa Seahorse twice and Owen let her ride in the stroller while he enjoyed the zoo on foot. Later, Dan and Agi watched the kids so we could have dinner with our friends Brendan and Carolyn. Thanks, guys!

On Friday, we spent the day with Aunt Diana, Ray, Michael, and Gram Polivchak. The kids had a really fun time picking strawberries in Great Aunt Diana's yard and swimming. Joe and Ray also went over to watch Michael play a baseball game. We hung out all day and had a relaxed and fun visit! Later that night, we also had dinner with Ashley, Adam, Dan and Agi. What a nice way to end the day.

On Saturday, we headed over to Bain Park for a Tyna family reunion. It was great to see lots of family that we haven't seen for WAY too long. We also had a chance to meet and hang out with a bunch of baby cousins that are around Owen's age or younger.

We had such a wonderful Cleveland visit. Thanks to everyone who hosted us and made time in their schedule to spend time together. We miss you all!!
