A trip to Oh-hi-oh!

This weekend we made a roadtrip to Ohio for a clam bake that Joe's Uncle Pat and Aunt Sue have been having each fall for the past 4 or 5 years. We had a beautiful trip, with bright orange, yellow, and red trees all along the way. We took a new route, which was WAY less crowded with traffic and followed a really mountainous path. It was so nice!

On Saturday, despite the chilly weather, we had a great time seeing everyone and eating way too much yummy food. The backyard was totally set up with tents, heaters, a fire, and the essential TV with a football game on ;) It was a great way to spend Joe's 26th birthday!!

We also got to see a bunch of cute babies that we haven't seen in awhile. Here's Joe's Uncle John playing with his grandaughter and his great-neice!

We had a nice trip and were a little bummed that we had to go back to work on Monday. Why can't weekends be a little longer?!
