Wilmarth Weekend 2012

Grandma Wilmarth
During the last weekend in February, Joe, Julie, and I made the trek to Springfield, IL to visit with Wilmarth family for a day or two. I had a work commitment on Friday night, so we woke up at 5:00 am to get on the road and arrived by 9:00 am - which is important because that gave us a solid 12 hours of Julia play time!

We spent the day playing and playing. There were the mandatory things like cribbage, Saturday night pizza, swimming, and board games, along with a few exciting new twists. Julia was so tired after almost 12 straight hours of play on Saturday that she actually requested to go to bed!

Check out all of the fun photos from the weekend:

"The Julies" - Julia, Aunt Julie, and Juliet

Brayden and Brett doing a puzzle

Aunt Nancy and Zack

Erin and Tommy... not sure who is the weirdo here ;)

Betty cheesin' it up

Aunt Julie, Uncle Rick, and Aunt Kathy, checking out old Wilmarth family photos while Uncle Rick and Uncle Gary look on

The cribbage players

Who thought foot painting was a good idea? I won't name any names... the picture says it all!
