Our boy is six months old! This first year with him is really flying. Here's an overview of Owen at six months:
- 20.1 lbs - and wearing 12 month clothes ;)
- Apparently, he has a big head, according to the stats!
- He can sit up on his own for short bits of time if you sit him up
- He's rolling over on his own
- After a streak of totally disliking rice cereal, he is totally loving oatmeal and is starting to explore some veggies. He wasn't a fan of avocado!
- Drooling is his #1 skill. He can soak a shirt in about 10 seconds flat. Needless to say, we're doing a lot of laundry and patiently awaiting his first tooth.
- Sleep is getting better. It isn't uncommon for him to go to sleep around 8:30 pm and to sleep until about 4:00 am. Woohoo! We're getting close!
Owen is head over heals for his big sister. He completely cracks up whenever she's around. Jules is moderately impressed with him - especially when she gets lots of attention from us for entertaining him ;) We are still adjusting to being a two-kid household, but everybody is doing pretty well. Thanks for checking in on us! Here are a few more pictures of the boy.
