Blueberry Eyes celebrates 4 months!

Julia Renee hit the 4 month marker today. YAY! She is becoming more and more interactive every day. She's still on the cusp of rolling over (see photo to the left) and, yesterday, she figured out how to blow spit bubbles. Daddy got to celebrate that development with her this morning when she took a break from eating her bottle and decided to try it out with formula in her mouth ;)

JR has also become a bit of a fussy gus while she's eating. She is very particular about how she lays in your arms and will get worked up in the middle of it all and not eat any more. Eventually, we just have to lay her on her back. It isn't ideal, but it seems to be the only way she'll eat. Obviously, she has a bit of a stubborn streak... which isn't a shocker given who mommy and daddy are!

In other news, our nephew Noah celebrated his first birthday this weekend! It was a madhouse of a party, with lots of kids there to celebrate, including: Caden (7), MaKayla (2 1/2), Dylan (9 1/2 months), Grace (7 months), and Julia. There were little folks everywhere... it was so fun! Noah got lots of really fun gifts, including the coolest ever - a little car! He was really excited and we got some fun pictures of him in it. He also got his own little cake, which was blue. This picture tells the whole story ;)

Check out the rest of our pictures from Noah's birthday here.
