It's hard to believe that our little guy is getting so big these days. So far, 10 months old hasn't been the easiest, but he's still a happy, playful boy. Here's some of what has been going on since he celebrated his tenth month:
- Experienced his first case of pink eye - in both eyes!
- Had a fever for 5 days in a row
- Was diagnosed with his first ear infection
- We learned that he's allergic to penicillin products
- He stopped sleeping all night because of all of the illness-related stuff he had going on
- He has been experimenting with walking between the couch and the coffee table by holding on to each
- He can win a crawling race against anybody in the house
- "Na na na" and "ma ma ma" are now part of his verbal repertoire :)
Beyond just Owen's development, it has been fun to watch him with Jules. They are definitely beginning to act like siblings. It's so cute to see them get excited to see each other in the morning or at the end of the day. They also fight now! If Julia leaves a toy a little too close to him, she has a fit when he touches it. We may be in for a bumpy ride as he continues to get more mobile and taller, so he can reach fun things in our house that Julia believes are hers!
