In January and February, we were able to make a few trips to Franklin Grove, IL to visit the Meadows, the independent living community where my Grandpa Supler lives full-time. Grandma Wilmarth was also living there this winter for a few months, though she headed home at the start of March.

I feel so lucky to still have two of my grandparents in my life. It's pretty amazing that my 4 and 8 year old kids know their 99-year-old Grandpa and 88-year-old Grandma. I never knew any of my great grandparents, so this time feels like a gift. I simply wish we could see them more often!
